Olumis (pronounced “oh-loo-mis”) Calligraphy is the culmination of Sonia Mark's artistic craft to make every moment a memento through the use of written fine art, bespoke service, and carefully curated artisanal materials.
Olumis Calligraphy is based in Downtown Toronto, Canada and serves couples from around the world.
Services offered include custom and semi-custom invitation suites, monograms, calligraphy envelope addressing, wedding programs, menus, place cards and escort cards.
Olumis Calligraphy has been featured alongside talented wedding vendors in wedding publications such as British Vogue, Style Me Pretty, Wedluxe, Wedding Chicks, Wedding Sparrow, and more.
Born and raised in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysian Borneo, I am part Chinese and part Kadazan, an ethnic group indigenous to the state of Sabah. The name of my business, Olumis, comes from my native language “Kadazan”, meaning beauty/beautiful. A portion of my work pays homage to my Chinese and Kadazan heritage.

Hi! My name is Sonia. I am a fine art wedding stationery and calligrapher based out of Toronto. I discovered my love for modern calligraphy and the world of wedding stationery in 2016 while planning for my own wedding.
I am passionate in creating wedding and celebrations stationery that are wildly romantic, sophisticated and timeless.
Drawing inspiration from the timeless beauty of classical art, as well as contemporary trends, my designs embrace a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. From opulent invitations to delicately crafted place cards, each piece is a testament to the artistry that goes into celebrating life's most precious moments.
